Steak and Mushroom Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 16 (1-inch) cubes
- 16 button mushrooms
- 16 red onion wedges
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Thread steak, mushrooms, red onion and tomatoes evenly onto 4 large skewers.
- Toss together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic; brush over skewers. Season with pepper and salt.
- Grill skewers, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes until steak is medium-rare or until cooked as desired, and mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle with chives.
Tips
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling to avoid charring.
